My private training schedule is full, but I want everyone knows about the after-class coaching sessions on Zoom. New Month, New Movement, New Results!

WORKOUT 1:

The STRONG & FLEXY summer bootcamp has started! The first workout is a 45-minute QiFLOW and Posture Training workout. This workout requires your yoga mat and blue and yellow resistance bands. It won't be easy, but it will be fun!
