Third Parties: We work with trusted partners like Stripe and Patreon to process payments and memberships. We do not sell or rent your data.

By purchasing or participating in AgeDEFY memberships, live classes, or programs, you agree to the following terms:
Memberships & Payments
Memberships are billed automatically each month on your signup date.
Memberships renew until canceled. Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid additional charges.
No refunds on memberships or digital programs.
Digital Programs
One-time program purchases grant access for 90 days from purchase.
Members have access to all programs during their active membership.
Live Classes & Coaching
Live classes and coaching are included in AgeDEFY @ Studio BodyAbility memberships.
Classes are conducted via Zoom and recorded for online access.
Props & Equipment
Classes may include optional props such as yoga mats, blocks, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, steppers, or PVC pipes. All workouts can be performed without props.
Liability Disclaimer
AgeDEFY provides general fitness and wellness content, not medical treatment or physical therapy.
Always consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program.
Participation is 100% at your own risk.
AgeDEFY is not liable for injuries, health issues, or other consequences that may arise from participation in digital or live classes.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
All memberships and digital programs are non-refundable.
Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.
Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid further charges.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
One-time program purchases grant access for 90 days; no refunds once purchased.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
The request should include your order number and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Services or products already used or accessed may not be eligible for a full refund.
HOW TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Log in to your account and manage your subscription directly online.
Cancellations must be completed before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
Once canceled, you will have access until your current billing period ends.
