I wrote a response to your comment last week but it must not have gone through. My apologies. Do this workout, and all workouts, without using your wrist. Skip the movements in the class that require your wrist to be involved. Focus on moving the parts of your body that are not injured, and leave your wrists alone :)

We work on lymphatic breath in all of my classes. I am not the only one who can breathe the way I do. Take the lessons in the book (which I have read, and loved) but blend them with the AgeDEFY movement and you'll really be feeling good!
