Welcome to the official start of the Move Young Live Young member reward program!
The first workout of the challenge is a QiFLOW movement therapy workout for your feet, hips, and shoulders. It's a great workout and I know you will love it! We begin right away in a Zone 1 lymphatic shake.
Please know what to expect before starting the workout by reading the ABOUT section of the workout. This will help to prepare your mind for the workout and get you ready for the movement therapy experience.
Something to think about:
Keep in mind this is a friendly challenge. I'm learning as a challenge leader and your coach, and I expect the same from you. Learn about yourself in every workout. Chase your feel-good, and try to move more than you believe you can daily.
The more you move, the better you feel. This is a FEEL GOOD practice. Enjoy the therapy :)

Movement Reveals All. We move to reveal where we have strength and weakness in the body. We need to reveal what feels good and what doesn't. If something doesn't feel good, my first priority is to make small adjustments. If the adjustments don't work, then my next priority would be avoid the movement that exposes weakness for a few weeks to focus on the feel good (to you) movement therapies until we (coach and student) can talk in a live class on Zoom. The adjustments I would make for you right now is avoid arrow and work only on Tiger strength training. Press your fingertips into the mat to engage the anterior/front muscles and soft-tissue of the shoulder joint. Keep the biceps and tripcep muscles strong around the elbows and do not let your head hang. Eyes up, ribs open, spine long. Also, make sure to shift shoulders over tops of hands. Please do not be behind the wrists when in Tiger, especially Tiger with arrow. Make the adjustments and let me know how it goes.
