I can’t believe how much you have going all at once, Dawnelle!  Great job!  I would like to become a 365 - day member!

Mobility Flow Helicopters. KEWWWWWWLLLLL!  I had much fun with this and am finally able to hold onto the stick, to achieve a palms out position to go down the walls (not with weight bearing yet) and walking during the helicopters was a delightful challenge.

I am definitely on a roll now and will keep making adjustments so that I can get closer to doing the full workouts.  Thanks, as always, for the encouragement!

Workout 33 today was challenging bc I cannot lay my palms down and hold my weight.  I was able to accommodate this by either putting my hands into fists or grabbing the side of the bathtub for movements like mountain climber.  Still got a great workout.

Dawnelle Arthur, I love having you as my fitness coach!

No matter what kind of day I have had, I can decide which of these sessions I should complete to help me wind down, energize, strengthen, destress or simply enjoy.  The variety, length and flexibility of this program, along with your enthusiasm and comments, combine to take me back to what I once was - a dedicated daily exerciser.  I see and feel changes in my body and look forward to the challenges available, such as level, weight amount, depth.  THANK YOU for carefully crafting this series, for making it doable by saying it's ok if we do not achieve 100% completion, for providing choices within each session.  Without your example, I don't think I'd be doing any lymphatic work, which I know is in my mind a necessary component.  Bravo!

Dawnelle, I am here because of you and Chellie!

Dawnelle Arthur, I consider you to be the missing link!  THANK YOU for listening, creating, doing.  You may never know what a treasure you are!

This time, I really understand how to pull with the V-muscles as the arm creates the T shape during helicopter!  You should hear all the pops and crunches that result and I end by standing tall.

Dawnelle Arthur, I am in total agreement!  Gone are the days (thanks to you and Dr. Steadman, now deceased) who encourage movement for healing!  Each day brings better results and I am committed to this program for sure.  I decided to do what works and your sessions do just that.  THANK YOU!
