Can’t wait to try workout 19, sculpt yoga flow, with weights sometime!  also, my IT bands keep hurting.  I have been helping a friend at tasks for which I am standing a lot, and I keep rubbings the outsides of my thighs.  I’ll use my foam roller tonight and any other suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks, Tina B.!

This worked very well for me w/o weights I held on to two toothpaste tubes to practice gripping without pain.  I love how you break the pieces apart and then reassemble them.

Dawnelle, to look at you, no one would think that you have struggled or are struggling.  Thank you for sharing what you have been through  - mentally, physically, emotionally- none of which ever stops you!  If you can do it, we all can do it.  Wu Wei!

How great that you read Breath!  You help so much with attention to our very important breathing and lymphatic systems.

I will do my best!  Thanks!

Hi everyone!  did this a second time without weights, as it is still hard to grip even 1# until wrist is stronger and more mobile.  Used vitamin bottles just to hold grip something.  Now I won’t have to take tomorrow off to rest.                            Dawnelle, you talk so much about breathing, and you know how passionate I am about it as well.  May I put out this book title for anyone who wants to read about breathing more in story form than in scientific lingo?  It’s called Breath by Nestor, and is available on Amazon as paperback or on Kindle.  A friend, a dental hygienist who took courses with me to become a Certified Breathing Behavior Analyst, just recommended it to me.  The book covers many extremes like breath holding for deep diving, but also just how our bodies function and the importance of HOW we breathe.  Fascinating!

Dawnelle Arthur, THANKS!  I am enjoying movin' and grooving' with you again!
