Hi Chelia. The Patreon app and the AgeDEFY online studio are two separate studios. The Patreon studio offers 10-minute movement therapy workouts to Patreon members, and the AgeDEFY online studio is the main studio. The AgeDEFY online membership includes live classes on Zoom and the online studio. The online studio offers 30-50-minute workouts and specialized movement therapy programs. As a gift, I offered Patreon members access to a 20-minute workout on the AgeDEFY online studio to promote the summer bootcamp program starting today at AgeDEFY. You can access the 10-minute workouts on the Patreon app as a Patreon member. To access the videos on AgeDEFY online, you must become an AgeDEFY member. I would love for you to try out the AgeDEFY online studio. The 90-day membership begins with a free 3-day trial. The best way to get started is to try out a live class on Zoom. Good job Cyndi. Keep making small adjustments to keep moving and grooving. I got behind on posting workout 34 and 35 last week but the workouts are now posted. I think you might struggle with workout 34 but you got this! Keep making the adjustments to keep your body moving!

5 pound weights are no joke! It’s hard to believe we can workout hard with 5 pound weights, but it’s true! People do not need to lift heavy weights. They just need to AgeDEFY :)

Movement Reveals All. We need to find out what movements we can and cannot do in every class. When I hear “I don’t like” or “I can’t” — I get excited. We must practice what we cannot do. Here is my coaching advice: Don’t use a band during the videos. Chase your feel good. You can do it without, so chase what you can do for now. We will work on what you cannot do in your next live class. Bring your band to your next class :)Â
