Welcome to the MYLY challenge! I’m happy you’re starting the program! I can’t wait for you to try all of the classes! 

I love that you have found your way back to live classes too! It was great to talk to you at the coaching session today after SculptFLOW. We will get your pelvis moving more soon! Keep going!! 

You're doing a lot and I LOVE it!! I love seeing you in live classes and talking with you during the coaching sessions. I also love knowing you're fitting in 3-4 videos every week! YAY! 

Cyndi... I love every message you send me! I'm so happy you came back to AgeDEFY. Knowing how much this program is helping you gives me all the motivation I need to keep showing up! Hearing how this program makes a difference in your life means a lot. I am happy to keep creating this program. I will continue doing so for many more years to keep you and everyone in the community moving and grooving and feeling good! Lymphatic health is so important and it's why we do it in every class. I'm very grateful you're here! ❤️

5 pound weights are no joke! It’s hard to believe we can workout hard with 5 pound weights, but it’s true! People do not need to lift heavy weights. They just need to AgeDEFY :)

Movement Reveals All. We need to find out what movements we can and cannot do in every class. When I hear “I don’t like” or “I can’t” — I get excited. We must practice what we cannot do. Here is my coaching advice: Don’t use a band during the videos. Chase your feel good. You can do it without, so chase what you can do for now. We will work on what you cannot do in your next live class. Bring your band to your next class :)
