Dawnelle Arthur you know what's funny is I'm doing the Patreon 90-day and Tiger pose came up as my next video this morning! 🤣 It's the perfect practice video!  It is meant to be for me to get this pose down! 🤣 The coaching notes you gave me are perfect!!  My only issue and I have many.. LOL is I noticed my hands hurt in the mornings.  Thank you so much for FlowMotion next week!! ❤️ 🤗

I use the online studio longer movement videos for my daily morning routine and shorter movement videos as breaks throughout my work day.  Unfortunately, I am unable to attend all of the zoom classes so the online studio works perfect for me to meet my movement goals throughout the day.  The movement videos are challenging, makes me think, and are fun so it keeps me from getting bored and not wanting to move.  I actually get excited to do the videos which has not always been the case with other workout programs in the past.  😊

Dawnelle Arthur I would love to do more FlowMotion but recently noticed when doing Tiger/Arrows it can sometimes aggravate my left shoulder.   Please let me know what you advise.  Thank you so much! ♥️
