This was good for me.  I have some tightness on the top of my left arm between shoulder and elbow that I worked through during the t-raises.  Also, had to modify with half forward bends.  Thank you!!

This was fantastic!!!  I modified with deadbug to avoid crunches.  If you have some other suggestions, that would be super great!!  :)

I haven't done this in awhile so I found myself shortening the extension of movements to protect my lower back.  It felt great!!  Thank you!!
