This was fantastic!!! I modified with deadbug to avoid crunches. If you have some other suggestions, that would be super great!! :)

This was good for me. I have some tightness on the top of my left arm between shoulder and elbow that I worked through during the t-raises. Also, had to modify with half forward bends. Thank you!!
