Movement Reveals All. We move to reveal where we have strength and weakness in the body. We need to reveal what feels good and what doesn't. If something doesn't feel good, my first priority is to make small adjustments. If the adjustments don't work, then my next priority would be avoid the movement that exposes weakness for a few weeks to focus on the feel good (to you) movement therapies until we (coach and student) can talk in a live class on Zoom. The adjustments I would make for you right now is avoid arrow and work only on Tiger strength training. Press your fingertips into the mat to engage the anterior/front muscles and soft-tissue of the shoulder joint. Keep the biceps and tripcep muscles strong around the elbows and do not let your head hang. Eyes up, ribs open, spine long. Also, make sure to shift shoulders over tops of hands. Please do not be behind the wrists when in Tiger, especially Tiger with arrow. Make the adjustments and let me know how it goes.

Congrats on your accomplishing your goal! I'm happy for you to be done and on your road to movement therapy recovery! I think you will enjoy the first QiFLOW therapy workout of the program. I think it will feel really good as a race recovery workout. Enjoy the therapy :) I look forward to seeing you in your next live class.
