Join the "Change Your Movement, Change Your Life" FEEL BETTER Challenge with two ways to participate—choose your path and start feeling better every day.


Option 1: AgeDEFY Patreon Challenge 


The goal of the Patreon challenge is to complete 90 ten-minute workouts in 90 days.


No matter how busy you are or how much you already work out, adding 10 minutes of daily AgeDEFY therapy for 90 days can—and will—change your life in a big way.


If you do the work, the program will work for you. By the end of the challenge, expect to feel better, have more energy, less stiffness, and better posture.


Option 2: AgeDEFY Online Challenge


If you’re ready to go all in, this challenge gives you 90 full-length workouts (30-45 minutes) with a new workout every day.
