Find Your Zone
Zone 1
You are a zone one mover if you are new to AgeDEFY, have minimal weight-lifting experience, never used a kettlebell before, or have a present or past shoulder or back injury.
Zone 2
You are automatically a zone two mover if you have been an AgeDEFY member for at least 90 days.
If you are new to AgeDEFY, you are a zone two mover if you have some weight training, kettlebell, and/or yoga experience.
Zone 3
You are automatically a zone three mover if you have worked with Dawnelle in any capacity.
IF you are new to AgeDEFY, you are a zone three mover if you do not have an injury and have regularly done yoga, cardio, or strength training for the past year.
Prerequisites
If you are a Zone 1 mover, please complete the online Move Young Live Young beginner program or attend at least four live classes on Zoom with Dawnelle before starting the STRONG program.
