One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking they have to do everything.
You don't.
You just have to do something.
Pick your path.
Zone 1 AgeDEFY for at least 10 minutes every day.
Zone 2 Combine the daily Patreon workouts with the Online Studio and attend live classes when you can.
Zone 3 Go all in: Live classes, online workouts, Patreon workouts.

The longer we stop moving, the harder it becomes to start again.
