This summer, I'm opening the AgeDEFY vault.

Every Monday, I'll release a new week of workouts from 2022 and 2023 inside the AgeDEFY Online NEW RELEASE Studio.

Some of these are my favorite workouts I've ever created.

Think of this as a chance to go back in time and experience AgeDEFY from a different season of life.

Maybe you were there the first time.

Maybe you missed them completely.

Either way, this is your last chance.

These workouts will only be available this summer and will be removed from the online studio when the challenge ends.

Live Classes: AgeDEFY Every Day

New season. New movement. New results.

This summer, I've adjusted the live class schedule so you can AgeDEFY every day.

Whether you join me once a week or every day, there is a place for you in the studio.

We begin Monday with AgeDEFY Therapy at 9 AM Central. This is the heart of AgeDEFY. We talk about what hurts, what feels stiff, what isn't working, and then we go to work together.

Tuesday and Thursday are Morning Groove at 7 AM Central — 30 minutes of movement therapy followed by after-class coaching.

Wednesday is a double-header with StepFLOW at 7 AM Central and STRONG at 9 AM Central.

Friday is MobilityFLOW at 9 AM Central.

Saturday is SculptFLOW at 9 AM Central, followed by the FEEL BETTER Coaching Clinic for Injured Movers at 10 AM Central.

Sunday wraps up the week with BarreFLOW at 9 AM Central.

Come to one.

Come to all.

Mix and match based on your schedule, your goals, and how you're feeling.

The important thing is that you keep showing up.

The more you AgeDEFY, the better you feel.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking they have to do everything.

You don't.

You just have to do something.

Pick your path.

Zone 1
AgeDEFY for at least 10 minutes every day.

Zone 2
Combine the daily Patreon workouts with the Online Studio and attend live classes when you can.

Zone 3
Go all in: Live classes, online workouts, Patreon workouts.

Keep moving...Every Day.

An object at rest stays at rest.

The longer we stop moving, the harder it becomes to start again.

That's why AgeDEFY Every Day matters.
